All fees for coaching sessions, programs, or materials must be paid in full as stated at the time of purchase or registration. Because coaching involves reserved time and preparation, refunds are not generally available after sessions have been scheduled. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance or for extraordinary circumstances.

7. Scheduling and Cancellations

To respect your time and ours, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session’s fee.

We treat all coaching conversations and client information as private and confidential, except when disclosure is required by law (for example, when there is risk of harm to self or others, or a legal obligation to disclose information). We take reasonable measures to safeguard client records and communications, using secure digital platforms and encrypted communication channels wherever possible. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Apple Coaching LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
